The GM600 is a Class A GMDSS Global Maritime Distress and Safety (VHF) radio that can be used as part of a GMDSS equipment system that must comply with SOLAS or national shipping regulations in the commercial shipping sector. The GM600 is designed to work reliably even under the harshest weather conditions at sea, meeting all Marine Equipment Directive (MED) requirements. Even under the most adverse conditions, the GM600 functions reliably. The front panel is waterproof according to IPX7 (30 min at 1 m depth).
