How to return the product?

You can return a new product to us within 14 days, even if you have opened the product packaging and used the product – with some exceptions. The return right offered by the veneilytarvikekauppa.fi is designed to be as easy as possible for customers. If you want to return a large-sized product please contact customer service and agree on the return.

Are there any return conditions for the product?

Yes. The product must be returned intact, in salable condition and without external dents or damage. All accessories included in the sales package and the instructions must be  also included. The goods must be returned in its original sales packaging.
