Klarna Checkout

Our payment intermediary is Klarna, which offers a wide range of different payment options. Below you will find the different payment methods offered by Klarna.

 

Online bank payment
Klarna offers Aktia, Danske Bank, Nordea, Osuuspankki, S-Pankki and Säästöpankki as bank payments.

 

Card payment
You can pay in our online store with Visa and Visa Electron cards.

 

Klarna invoice and account
Klarna offers as options Flexible installment payment, 14-day invoice and also possible campaigns where the payment period is offered for a longer period.

Flexible payment in installments allows you to split the bill into smaller parts, whereby you shorten the bill at your desired pace, by the amount you want (starting from 1/24 of the remaining amount, but at least EUR 5.00 / month).

Pay within 14 days (Klarna invoice) is sent to you when your order has been processed from our warehouse and typically the invoice is due 14 days from today.

We aim to keep our stock information up to date, but availability cannot be guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a refund.


3. Prices & Taxes

All prices on the website are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT when applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.


4. Ordering Process

To place an order:

  4. Confirm the order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact our customer service.

Pro Marine Trade OÜ reserves the right to cancel an order for justified reasons (e.g., incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, suspected fraud).


5. Payment Methods

We support commonly used payment options in Finland, including online bank payments, card payments, Klarna, and Montonio. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment service providers.

Klarna

When choosing Klarna, you can pay using methods offered by Klarna, such as Pay Now, Pay Later, or installment plans. Klarna’s own terms and conditions apply to these payment options.

Payment gateway failures:
In the event that a payment attempt through Klarna fails, is not completed, or is otherwise not captured correctly due to technical issues, Pro Marine Trade OÜ reserves the right to resend a corrected invoice within up to 12 months after delivery. This ensures accurate payment processing for both parties.

Montonio

Montonio enables secure bank payments and financing options. All transactions are handled by Montonio according to their terms.

Payment gateway failures:
If Montonio encounters a technical error resulting in an incomplete or unregistered payment, we may reissue or resend an invoice for the order within up to 12 months after the goods have been delivered.

General payment notice

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the payment is completed successfully. If the payment service provider does not forward the payment due to a system error, the merchant may contact the customer to arrange a new payment.


6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to Finland and other EU countries unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, carrier workload, or seasonal factors.

Delivery methods

Delivery options include parcel services, pickup points, courier services, or other options available at checkout.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. In case of disputes, the parties aim to resolve matters through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in the Harju County Court (Estonia), unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Finnish consumers may also contact Kuluttajariitalautakunta (Consumer Disputes Board) for independent dispute resolution.
