Areas of Application
Improves adhesion on float glass, ceramic-coated glass, pre-coatings, painted surfaces and selected plastics and metals. Test materials susceptible to stress cracking and verify adhesion and compatibility under actual conditions.
Application
Method of application
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil, dust and contaminants. Where required, combine cleaning or scuffing with Sika® Aktivator-100 pre-treatment and allow it to flash off.
Application
Shake thoroughly until the mixing balls move freely, then continue for one minute. Apply one thin, fully covering coat with a brush, felt or foam applicator. The preferred product and surface temperature is 15–25 °C. Reseal immediately after use.
Important
Do not dilute or mix the primer. Transparent or translucent substrates require suitable UV protection.
