Areas of Application
Suitable for elastic sealing and bonding on timber, metals, metal primers, 2-component paint coatings, ceramics and plastics. It can be used for interior and exterior sealing. Verify adhesion and compatibility on actual substrates, especially materials prone to stress cracking.
Application
Surface preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil and dust. Choose substrate-specific pre-treatment where required and confirm by testing.
Application
Process between 5 °C and 40 °C, preferably at 15–25 °C. Apply with hand, pneumatic or electric piston guns, or suitable pump equipment.
Tooling and finishing
Complete tooling within the skin time. Sika® Tooling Agent N is recommended; test other finishing agents before use.
