Overview
Product Benefits
- Very high color stability and mold resistance in harsh marine conditions
- Suitable for both interior and exterior use with very good weathering resistance
- Good adhesion to most substrates with minimal surface preparation
- Free from solvents, isocyanates, phthalates and PVC
- Suitable for applications above and below the waterline
Areas of Application
Suitable for common marine substrates including aluminium, metal primers, paint coatings, sheet steel, ceramics and selected plastics. It bonds to many materials with minimal pre-treatment; confirm adhesion and material compatibility on the actual substrates.
Application
Surface preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil and dust. Select any additional treatment according to the substrate and verify it with tests.
Application
Process between 5 °C and 40 °C, preferably at 15–25 °C, using a hand, pneumatic or electric piston gun. If contact with polyurethane is possible, ensure the polyurethane is cured or wait at least 24 hours before sealing.
